- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 2. Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper
- 3. Lightly beat the egg whites for 2 minutes
- 4. In a large bowl, combine Almond Flour, Sugar, Oats, Almond extract
- 5. Add the beaten egg whites and mix to form a paste.
- 6. Create 24 1-inch balls of dough
- 7. Pour sliced almonds into a bowl.
- 8. Dip each ball of dough into the slice almonds.
- 9. Place the balls on the parchment paper and gently flatten each ball
- 10. Bake for 15 minutes.
