Steps:
- 1. Let pie crust come to room temperature. Turn oven to 350 degrees. Slice the pears and remove core and stems. I do not peel the pears, but be sure to wash well.
- 2. Place the pie crust on a pizza pan, then add a then layer of preserves, next add a layer of pears and top with rest of preserves.
- 3. Cook for 25 - 35 minutes. Then top with slices of butter and or powered sugar (optional).
