Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degree F. Mix all ingredients except for the muffins in a small bowl.
- 2. Spread an even amount of cheese mix onto muffin halves. Place on sheet pan.
- 3. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, then broil for another 4 - 5 minutes or until beginning to golden and bubble.
- 4. Serve immediately. Yummy good!
