Steps:
- 1. Melt the butter and saute the onions and celery. Stir in the flour to make a roux.Whisk in the milk and cream and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until it starts to thicken. Stir in seasonings. Fold in crab meat.Serve and drizzle the top with sherry.
