This is a very simple treat for any time of day.For using a pie iron.You can make 2 at a time if using double type pie iron.

Steps:
- 1. In a well oiled pie iron. add hash brown potatos onoin,dash of hot sauce and butter.Close the pie iron. Cook for 3 minutes per side. (Just lighly brown). Open pie iron make a small nest in the hash browns. crack one egg into nest. Close pie iron. cook for 2 to 3 minuts.You can turn the pie iron over for over easy.Or do not turn it over for sunny side up.
