Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 12 x 8" baking dish. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onion, celery and mushrooms in reserved bacon drippings until tender. In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, bacon, and sautéed vegetables to bowl. Mix well. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes.
- 2. Remove casserole from oven. Arrange biscuits over casserole. Sprinkle tops of biscuits lightly with paprika. Return to oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
