Falooda (Pakistani Ice Cream Sundae Float) image

This is a very delicious ice cream float. It is like an ice cream sundae from Pakistan. The basil seeds make it very uncommon. My kids call them fish eyeballs. Use recipe 177928 for kulfi.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my falooda turned out really watery. It wasn't at all like the picture in the recipe.

This falooda recipe is a bit bland. I think it needs more flavor. I'm going to try adding some spices next time.

I had a hard time finding some of the ingredients for this recipe. I ended up using a different type of noodle and I couldn't find tapioca pearls at all.

This falooda recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll use less sugar next time.
