Steps:
- Clean the green beans and boil in medium pot till tender for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the sharp cheddar cheese. Next, in microwave heat in a small bowl 2 tablespoons of butter with the 1/2 cup of onion for about 1 minute. Drain green beans and imput back into same pot. Mix in sharp cheddar cheese along with the onion and butter mixture. Then pour in the 1 cupt of sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Happy eating!
