Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, blend feta cheese, green onions, and egg.
- Cut pastry into 12 (3 inch) squares. Place a mounded tablespoon of feta mixture in the center of each square. Moisten edges with water, and fold pastry over filling to form a triangle. Press edges together firmly with a fork to seal. Lightly brush pastries with the egg yolk mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.

[email protected]These were good, but not great. The pastry was a little dry and the feta cheese filling was a bit bland. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

[email protected]I've made these foldovers several times now and they're always a hit. They're so easy to make and they always turn out perfectly. I love that I can use any type of cheese I want in them. The possibilities are endless!

[email protected]These foldovers were delicious! I used a store-bought puff pastry dough to save time, and they still turned out great. The feta cheese filling was creamy and flavorful, and the pastry was golden brown and flaky. I highly recommend this recipe.

[email protected]I made these feta cheese foldovers for a party and they were a huge hit! They were so easy to make and everyone loved them. The combination of the tangy feta cheese and the flaky pastry was perfect. I will definitely be making these again.
