1 ounce fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup water
1 cup nonfat yogurt

Steps:

  • Slowly poor pudding mixture into water while whisking (do not sub milk).
  • Stir into yogurt.
  • This keeps about 3 days due to the separation of yogurt.
