Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, orange juice, eggs, water and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. For frosting, in a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in orange marmalade and powdered sugar. Spread over cake. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 12-16 servings.
