Florida Orange Cake Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 10

Frosting:
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup Orange Juice
3 Eggs
1/3 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 Cup Butter, softened
1 Tbs. Orange Marmalade
3 Cups Powdered Sugar

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, orange juice, eggs, water and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. For frosting, in a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in orange marmalade and powdered sugar. Spread over cake. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 12-16 servings.
