Overall, these cow pies were a solid 4 out of 5. They were rich and chocolatey, but I found them to be a bit too dense for my taste.

I made a few modifications to lighten these up a bit. I used almond flour instead of all-purpose flour, and I reduced the amount of sugar. They were still delicious, and I felt better about indulging.

I love flourless desserts, and these cow pies were no exception! They had a rich, chocolatey flavor and a smooth, creamy texture. I especially enjoyed the addition of the cocoa powder, which gave them an extra boost of chocolate flavor.
