Steps:
- ** Mix sugar, butter until smooth. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and lemon extract into sugar mixture. Then stir in dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Refrigerate until firm (at least 1 hour). Roll out on floured surface area. Cut out cookies (1/4 inch thick). Then you bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes. For the frosting it is just confectioner sugar (about 2 cups), milk (1/8 cup) and teaspoon of vanilla. I just kind of eyeball it so it's the consistency of syrup. (Keep adding more confectioner sugar or milk depending on consistency).
