Steps:
- preheat oven to 325. butter and dust with cocoa a 10" springform pan and set aside. stir chocolate and butter over low heat until they are smooth. beat eggs and sugar together until mixture starts to thicken. sift flour and baking powder together over the egg mixture and fold it in. gradually fold in the chocolate mixture. pour into the prepared pan and bake 20 minutes, then cover the pan with foil and bake until a tester comes out with moist crumbs, about 30 minutes more. uncover the cake and cool on a rack. the cake will sink in the middle. when cooled, dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream.
