French Gorton Spread image

This is a delicious pork meat spread that I grew up with. Delicious on toast with a little mustard. All my french Canadian relatives made it, now I seem to be the only one left who knows how.

This spread is a bit too bland for my taste. I would add some more spices next time.

I've made this spread several times now and it's always a success. It's a great way to change up the usual tuna salad.

I'm not a big fan of fish, but I actually really enjoyed this spread. The flavors are well-balanced and it's not too fishy.

This spread is a great way to use up leftover fish. I always have a few cans of Gorton's tuna in my pantry, so this is a quick and easy meal to make.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is the amount of butter. I found that it was a bit too rich for my taste.

I've tried many Gorton spreads before, but this one is by far the best. The combination of flavors is perfect.
