This is SOOOO easy! I like to add steak bites or meatballs to it for a main dish.

I'm not a fan of onions, but I actually really enjoyed this casserole. The onions were caramelized perfectly and they didn't overpower the other flavors.

I'm not a big fan of rice casseroles, but this one was actually pretty good. The onions were caramelized perfectly and the cheese topping was nice and crispy.

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The casserole was easy to make, but it didn't turn out as flavorful as I was hoping.

This casserole was a little bland for my taste. I think I would add some more herbs and spices next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the casserole turned out great. The only thing I would change next time is to add a little bit more salt and pepper to the rice.

This dish was easy to make and very flavorful. I used a combination of Gruyère and Parmesan cheeses for the topping and it was delicious. I will definitely be making this again.
