Steps:
- 1. Combine oil and sugar. Beat in eggs. Beat until creamy. Add vanilla.
- 2. Sift together all of the dry ingredients and add to liquid ingredients a little at a time. Batter will be very stiff.
- 3. Mix in apples and pecans. Bake in ungreased 13X9 pan at 325 F for 55 minutes. When a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, it's done. Hope you enjoy it. We sure do!
