2 tablespoons flour or 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1 pint milk
1/2 chopped onion
salt (optional)
pepper (optional)
nutmeg (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients until light.
  • Form into balls.
  • Fry in butter!
