These cookies are a bit time-consuming to make, but they're definitely worth the effort. The flavor is amazing, and they're always a hit at parties. I also love that they can be made ahead of time and frozen.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my cookies turned out dry and crumbly. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what happened. Maybe I overbaked them?

I had some trouble getting the frosting to the right consistency. It was either too runny or too thick. I finally got it right by adding a little bit of milk at a time until it was the right consistency.

These cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just because I used canned pineapple. Next time, I'll try using fresh pineapple and see if that makes a difference.

I'm not a big fan of frosting, so I omitted it from this recipe. The cookies were still delicious! The pineapple flavor really shines through, and the cookies have a nice chewy texture.

I ran out of time to make the frosting, so I just sprinkled some powdered sugar on top of the cookies before baking them. They still turned out great! The powdered sugar melted and caramelized in the oven, giving the cookies a nice crispy coating.

I accidentally used salted butter instead of unsalted butter. The cookies were still delicious, but they were a bit too salty for my taste. I'll definitely be using unsalted butter next time.

I had some trouble finding crushed pineapple, so I used canned pineapple tidbits instead. The cookies still turned out great! I just had to chop the pineapple tidbits into smaller pieces before adding them to the batter.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved them. They said they tasted like pineapple upside-down cake in cookie form. I think I'll try making them again with less sugar next time.
