- 1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk.2. Stir in creme de menthe and food coloring, if desired. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in crust.3. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.4. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
