Frozen Pina Colada image

1 cup diced pineapple plus pineapple slices, for garnish
2 ounces coconut cream
2 ounces lime juice plus lime wedges, for garnish
1 1/2 ounces white rum
1 ounce dark rum, plus more for serving
Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Fill a blender with the diced pineapple, coconut cream, lime juice, white rum, dark rum and 1 1/2 cups ice and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the pina colada into 4 glasses, top each with a dark rum floater and garnish with a pineapple slice, lime wedge and maraschino cherry.
