I made this frozen sherbet dessert for a party last weekend and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved the flavor and the texture. I especially loved the combination of the tangy lemon and the sweet berries. I will definitely be making this again soon!

I found this dessert to be too icy. I think I would have liked it better if I had let it thaw for a bit before serving.

For a fun twist, try adding some chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the mixture before freezing.

If you want a more intense flavor, you can add a tablespoon of lemon zest to the mixture before freezing.

Has anyone tried making this with other fruits? I'm thinking about using peaches or mangoes next time.
