Fruity Ice Cream Salsa image

This is the ultimate unusual salsa recipe. Very tasty over vanilla ice cream. You can substitute watermelon for dragonfruit if you can't find dragonfruit at your local grocer. I did not put the chopped jalepeno in because I don't do hot, but I think next time I will. This recipe was developed by the Groovy GastroGnomes for ZWT5.

I love the idea of this salsa, but I think it needs a bit more acid. I'll try adding some lime juice or vinegar next time.

This salsa was a bit too spicy for me. I think I'll omit the jalapeƱo next time.

I'm not a big fan of fruit salsa, but this one was actually pretty good. The flavors were well-balanced and the salsa was nice and chunky.

This salsa is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try it with less sugar next time.

This salsa is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I had some mangoes and pineapples that were about to go bad, so I made this salsa and it was delicious!

This fruity ice cream salsa was a hit at my last party! The combination of sweet and savory was perfect, and the colors were so vibrant. I'll definitely be making this again.
