Steps:
- 1. Combine chips , butter and corn syrup in a medium size saucepan. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
- 2. Remove from heat stir in vanilla and powdered sugar.
- 3. Add cereal mix lightly until cereal is coated.
- 4. Spread in a 13x9 inch pan.
- 5. Chill until firm, cut into squares, makes about 48 squares.
