Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare pan by greasing or buttering muffin pan or using cupcake liners.
- 2. Muffins: Whisk dry ingredients. Then stir in cheese. In a second bowl whisk egg and milk and add to dry ingredients and then stir in melted butter.
- 3. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
- 4. While muffins are bakingm combine butter topping ingredients. Brush muffins with the butter topping as soon as they come out of the oven.
- 5. Notes: I use Mortons Natures seasoning instead of plain salt cause it adds more flavor but salt is just fine.
