Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Gradually add 2/3 cup water and oil, tossing with a fork until dough forms a ball. Divide dough in half; roll each portion into a 12x8-in. rectangle directly onto a greased baking sheet. Pierce dough with a fork., Whisk egg white and remaining water; brush over dough. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over the top., Score dough into 2-in. squares. Bake at 400° until golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Immediately cut along the score lines; cool on pans on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.
