4 cans black-eyed peas
1 small jar pimientos
1/2 can chopped jalapenos
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1 clove chopped garlic
1 bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Steps:

  • Drain peas, pimientos, and jalapenos. Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight lid. Refrigerate overnight, turning often. Serve with Frito scoops or tortilla chips.
