An easy to make, healthy, delicious side dish. One of my friends tried it with frozen spinach and loved it, so either broccoli or spinach will bring you a fabulous vegetable dish minus the cheese, but if you must have cheese add about 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese on the top of the casserole before baking.

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients except crushed Ritz crackers and put into a greased 2 quart casserole. Top with 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers.
- 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
