Provided by DreiFromBK

Number Of Ingredients 3

16 ounces Ghirardelli White Chocolate Baking Bars, broken or chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
6 ounces Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate baking bars, broken into 1-inch pieces

Steps:

  • 1. Butter or Pam-spray a 15 by 10-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper. 2. Melt the white chocolate and peanut butter together. You can do this with a double boiler or in a heatproof bowl over barely simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth. Or melt by microwaving the mixture in a microwavable container in 30 second intervals, making sure to mix well between intervals. 3. In another double boiler, heatproof bowl or microwaveable container, melt the bittersweet chocolate with the same respective method as in step 2.

Overall, I really enjoyed these bars. The chocolate and peanut butter flavors go perfectly together and the texture is amazing. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone who loves chocolate and peanut butter.

These bars are dangerous! They're so good that it's hard to stop eating them. I've already eaten two of them and I'm thinking about going back for more.

I'm not a big fan of peanut butter, but I decided to give these bars a try anyway. I'm so glad I did! The peanut butter flavor is subtle and not overpowering at all. The bars are perfectly balanced and delicious.

I made these bars for a party and they were a huge hit! Everyone loved them. They're so easy to make too. I'll definitely be making them again.

These Ghirardelli chocolate and peanut butter bars are a delightful treat that combines the best of both worlds. The chocolate is rich and decadent, while the peanut butter is smooth and creamy. The combination of the two is simply irresistible.
