Steps:
- Blend all ingredients well; chill.
- Serve with fresh vegetables for snacking.
- This will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
- If using fresh ginger, cut slices perpendicular to the direction of the fibers, then place chucks in a garlic press and crush.
