I made this pie gluten-free by using a gluten-free pie crust mix. It was just as good as the traditional version, and my gluten-free friends were able to enjoy it too.

I made a healthier version of this pie by using whole wheat flour and reducing the amount of sugar. It was still delicious, and I felt good about serving it to my family.

I used a pre-made pie crust to save time, and the pie still turned out great. I also added a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, which made it even more delicious.
