5 apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup gluten-free baking mix or 1 cup equal parts rice flour, potato starch and tapioca starch
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Steps:

  • Arrange the sliced apples in a baking dish.
  • Crumble margarine, gluten-free mix, sugar and cinnamon by hand. Don't over do it. You want it to be crumbled, not mashed.
  • Sprinkle the topping over the apples and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
