Golden Corral's Seafood Salad Recipe - (4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb. imitation crab meat, shredded
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sliced green onions (with the green too)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped.

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve either as a salad, on lettuce, or on split croissants.
