This is a popular cocktail in the Bahamas. It was first created at the Little Blue Bee bar in Abaco (Bahamas). The recipe has been a highly guarded secret, but several attempts have been made to copy it anyway. Most "copycats" are quite good, but they miss the "secret" ingredient. Number Of Ingredients 8

1 oz spiced rum
1 oz coconut rum
1/2 oz apricot brandy
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
1 scoop(s) ice cubes
1 lime wedge (for garnish)
crushed ice (for serving)

Steps:

  • 1. Add ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Add the both rums, brandy, and both juices. Vigoriously shake for several seconds, or until a thick froth forms on top.
  • 2. Add crushed ice in a Collins glass. Strain cocktail into glass, garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.
