Let me just say that my Grandma Aggie is one hell of a cook. I have overstuffed myself on this "salad" every Thanksgiving and Christmas since I was a baby. Number Of Ingredients 7

10 1/2 oz mini marshmallows
2 small cartons heavy cream, whipped
1 medium container sour cream
12 Tbsp lemon juice, fresh
4 Tbsp real mayonaise (not miraclewhip!)
1 1/2 c walnuts, chopped
20 oz pineapple, chunks (drained)

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl - IN ORDER LISTED!!! Mixing after each addition.
  • 2. Refridgerate 24 hours. Stir and serve cold.
