This is my version of a waldorf salad. No limit to the fruit combinations here. My favorite add in's are the red and black seedless grapes and the fresh whole walnuts. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Core and chop the apples into large bite size pieces. The red peels make such a pretty salad. As you cut up the apples place them in a large bowl of cold water with half a lemon to keep them from browning.
- 2. Chop up your celery and halve your red and black grapes set aside. Dressing-In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, pineapple juice, orange juice, sugar and cinnamon and cool whip.
- 3. Drain apples, Add your walnuts, raisins, celery, and red & black grapes. Pour dressing and blend thoroughly. Sample testing is a must! 8)
