Greek Muffins image

This recipe comes from Cora Wetzstein's book „Muffins for fruity moments". It is very easy and quick to make and the muffins come out moist and tasty. You could use all sorts of different yogurts, nuts and fruits in this recipe, so feel free to experiment.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my muffins turned out dense and gummy. I'm not sure what went wrong.

These muffins were a little too dry for my taste. I think I'll try adding some extra yogurt or milk next time.

I'm not a huge fan of citrus flavors, but these muffins were surprisingly good. The yogurt helped to balance out the tartness of the oranges and lemons.

I made these muffins for a brunch party and they were a huge success! Everyone loved the light and fluffy texture, and the citrus flavor was a refreshing change from the usual blueberry or chocolate muffins.
