- 1. Cook green beans in boiling salted water 5 to 10 minutes until tender crisp, drain 2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add walnuts and ginger, cook 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat, toss with beans, lemon juice and lemon peel. Serve 100 cal. per serving
