This recipe is a bit too spicy for my taste, but it's still really good. I just use a milder chili paste.

This recipe was a disaster. The chicken was dry and overcooked, and the satay sauce was bland. I will not be making this again.

The chicken thighs were a little tough, but the satay sauce was delicious. I'll definitely be making this again, but I'll cook the chicken for a longer amount of time.
