Steps:
- 1. Make your sauce in a pan on stove top. Add butter and shallots to saucepan and heat on med-high until opaque. Add garlic by grating and cook for another minute.
- 2. Add the rest of your sauce ingredients, bring to boil. Turn heat to simmer and cook down for another 20-30 min.
- 3. Slice ham.
- 4. Put on a grill until nice grill marks form. Just a few minutes on each side. Brushing with sauce while grilling.
- 5. Add steaks back in sauce or serve extra sauce on the side. Serve on a bun.
- 6. To make it perfect, I'm grilling some pineapple next time and brushing the sauce on. A nice change from your basic hamburger.
