This recipe was easy to follow and the results were amazing. I'm already planning to make it again for my next dinner party.

I used tilapia instead of mahi-mahi and it turned out great. The salsa was also delicious.

The salsa was a great way to use up some leftover avocado and melon. It was also a nice change from the usual salsa I make.

Grilled Mahi-Mahi with Avocado-Melon Salsa was a hit! The fish was cooked perfectly, moist and flavorful, and the avocado-melon salsa was a refreshing and tangy complement. A great summer meal that I'll definitely make again.
