Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich (No Butter) image

All the recipes I've found for this on 'zaar called for grilling the sandwich in butter ... that never made much sense to me, so I figured I'd try it in a Foreman grill instead. It worked out beautifully, so I'm posting my version.

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 slices bread
1 small banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Steps:

  • Spread peanut butter on bread.
  • Slice banana into rounds and place on one slice of bread. Top with the other slice to make a sandwich.
  • Grill on a Foreman grill for five minutes or until done to your liking!
