I wouldn't recommend this recipe to a beginner cook. It's a bit too complicated and there's a lot of room for error.

I followed the recipe exactly, but the lamb didn't turn out as flavorful as I expected.

The lamb didn't cook evenly on my grill, so some parts were overcooked and some were undercooked.

I found the marinade to be a bit too spicy for my taste, but I was able to adjust it to my liking.

The lamb was incredibly tender and juicy, and the charred bits added a wonderful smoky flavor.
