The recipe for these Russian turnovers called Piroshkis was given to me by a cousin. Serve barbecue or sweet-and-sour sauce alongside for extra flavor.

These piroshkis were a bit more work than I expected, but they were worth it. The dough was a little tricky to work with, but the filling was delicious. I would definitely make these again, but I would probably use a different dough recipe.
