Steps:
- 1. Coat slow cooker liner with non-stick cooking spray. Place corned beef in slow cooker. Sprinkle contents of seasoning packet over meat.
- 2. Add potatoes, carrots, garlic and bay leaf on top of meat. Pour the beer over all.
- 3. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
- 4. When cook time is done, remove meat to cutting board Slice against grain to serve. Serve with vegies.
- 5. NOTE: If you want cabbage, it can be cooked separately on stove top (my preferred method) or added in slices to the slow cooker during the last 10-60 minutes of cook time.
