Ham Jambalaya image

A simple one-pot Cajun dish using leftover ham. I usually add more spices to this as we like it spicier, but this version works well with kids and those that don't like it as spicy.

I'm not a big fan of jambalaya, but this recipe was actually really good. The ham and sausage added a lot of flavor.

This recipe was a little bland for my taste. I think I'll add more spices next time.
