1 lb ground ham
1 lb ground pork
1 1/2 cups corn flakes
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup vinegar

Steps:

  • Crush cornflakes and mix together with ham and pork.
  • Add milk and eggs.
  • Pat into loaf pan.
  • Mix together sugar, mustard, and vinegar.
  • Pour over loaf.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with pan juices.
