I received this recipe from a co-worker many years ago and it is a big hit with my family.

Steps:
- 1. Blend softened cream cheese, onion, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce until spreading consistency.
- 2. Lay out slices of ham, individually and spread with cream cheese mixture.
- 3. Place dill pickle spear, width wise, across the ham slice and roll up.
- 4. Chill rolled up ham. Slice into 1-inch pieces and secure with a toothpick. **You can also use cheese sticks in place of the pickle spears for a change.
