Hamburger Hot Pot image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1.5 lb lean ground beef
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 potatoes, peeled, sliced
3 onions, sliced
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, golden
1-2 can(s) water

Steps:

  • 1. In skillet, lightly brown ground beef; drain well.
  • 2. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper; set aside.
  • 3. Place half the potatoes and half the onions in greased crockpot.
  • 4. Add browned beef.
  • 5. Top with remaining potatoes and onions.
  • 6. Combine mushroom soup and water; spread over top, being sure to moisten and cover evenly.
  • 7. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
