Hamburger Oven Meal image

Hearty oven meal - good for a chilly day or game day - that the kids just love! It's almost a combination of a Tater-tot/Cornish Pastie (minus the crust). I remember going to Bible camp in the UP/Michigan and getting something similar to this. I estimated the sugar/salt measurements; sometimes I sprinkle them as I'm layering the ingredients. Hope your family enjoys it too! We like adding ketchup.

This recipe is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the roasted vegetables and they don't even realize they're eating them.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I used a mix of broccoli, carrots, and potatoes and they all turned out perfectly.

I made this recipe exactly as written and it turned out great. The only thing I would change is to add a little more salt and pepper to the patties.
